My ePCR

My ePCR Service
My ePCR is an online service that has been independently designed (by us) for companies and individuals in the medical industry to complete and securely submit electronic patient records.
How it Works?
The user creates an account and purchases the service through our dedicated My ePCR website.
We approve the account and finalise setup ready for the user to access the ePCR service.
Once payment has cleared, the user will full access to our ePCR service, it can be accessed via the page navigation bar on our My ePCR website.
The user completes the ePCR with the information they have been given by the patient.
When the users submits the ePCR, it will automatically send to the email address associated with the users account. This is sent as a secure password encrypted pdf file.
All entries of the ePCR are not accessible, viewable, exportable or retrievable by us at any point during this process. Please see our My ePCR Terms and Conditions page for more information.
Should the user wish to cancel their membership, this can be done by contacting us at info@myepcr.co.uk at any time. Once the account is cancelled, we are unable to retrieve or recover it.
